You participate as an independent referral partner, not an employee, legal partner, joint venturer, or agent of BakerOS or High Frequency Systems. The name “Partner Program” describes the referral program and does not create a legal partnership.
Unless BakerOS assigns a different written tier or custom rate to your account, the standard Partner commission structure is: Partner — 20% for qualifying referrals 1–3; Pro Partner — 25% beginning with qualifying referral 4; Growth Partner — 30% beginning with qualifying referral 11 through referral 24; and Ambassador — 35% beginning with qualifying referral 25. Qualifying commissions are available on eligible customer payments during the referred customer's initial 12 months with BakerOS. No Partner commission is earned on that customer's payments after the initial 12-month commission period.
Automatic tier promotions apply to qualifying commission events that occur after the promotion. Previously recorded commissions are not retroactively recalculated. If an automatic Partner falls below a tier threshold, BakerOS may provide the grace period shown in the Partner Portal before reducing the tier. BakerOS may manually assign a Partner level, approve Ambassador status, or assign a custom commission rate. A manual tier remains in effect until BakerOS changes or removes the override.
An “active referral” is a BakerOS customer attributed to your Partner account whose qualifying transaction has not been refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated and whose subscription is not recorded as cancelled, suspended, or expired where continued subscription status applies.
Commissions begin as pending and normally become eligible after the program validation period shown in the Partner Portal (currently 30 days). Commissions are not earned on refunded, reversed, fraudulent, charged-back, or otherwise invalid transactions. BakerOS may reverse a commission when the underlying transaction is reversed.
Referral attribution uses the current BakerOS tracking rules. The program currently targets a 90-day attribution window and uses the last eligible BakerOS Partner referral recorded within that window when multiple Partner links are involved. BakerOS may update attribution rules prospectively as the program evolves.
Approved Partners may receive a separate Partner Recruitment Link. Recruiting another Partner does not create a downstream or multi-level sales commission. Instead, BakerOS may pay fixed quality bonuses when an approved Partner you directly referred proves productive: currently $50 when that Partner reaches 3 qualified paid BakerOS customers, plus an additional $100 when that Partner reaches 10 qualified paid BakerOS customers. Applications and approvals alone do not earn a recruitment bonus.
Partner recruitment attribution requires a valid recruitment link or referral code. Self-referrals, duplicate identities, paid/fraudulent applications, already-existing Partners, reversed/refunded qualifying customer activity, or other manipulation do not qualify. BakerOS may reverse a bonus if the underlying qualification is later reversed or found ineligible.
BakerOS uses recurring 90-day qualification periods. The first qualification period begins when an approved Partner enters the new performance program. Subsequent qualification periods begin immediately after the prior period ends.
Promotions occur immediately when a Partner reaches a higher threshold during an active qualification period. The milestone sale itself earns the new commission rate. At the end of each 90-day period, completed-period qualified sales determine the Partner level, commission rate, and complimentary software benefit carried into the next period. Partner tiers, commission rates, and complimentary software benefits are not permanent and may move up or down based on performance.
An Active Partner is an approved Partner in good standing whose performance during the applicable 90-day qualification period supports the Partner level and benefits being used. Complimentary Standard requires at least 3 qualified sales per period. Complimentary Pro requires at least 10 qualified sales per period.
If completed-period performance no longer supports the Partner's complimentary software level, BakerOS provides a 30-day software grace period. The software grace period does not extend the prior higher commission rate. Missing a performance threshold results in tier reclassification and does not by itself terminate the Partner from the Partner Program.
You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission whenever you share your referral link — for example, "This is my affiliate link — I earn a commission if you sign up." This isn't optional; it's required by FTC guidelines on affiliate marketing, and you're responsible for your own compliance with applicable disclosure laws in how you promote BakerOS.
Eligible commissions are paid through the payout method shown in your Partner profile, currently PayPal. The current minimum payout target is $25 and BakerOS processes eligible payouts on or around the 15th of the applicable payout month. BakerOS may hold amounts below the minimum until the threshold is reached. Your Partner Portal is the system of record for expected and completed payouts.
Your Partner Portal is for your use only. Do not share secure login links or attempt to access another Partner's information. Content Vault materials may be used to promote BakerOS while they remain published, subject to the brand and promotion rules in this agreement.
Either party may end this Partner Program relationship at any time, for any reason, with notice. Commissions already earned on completed, non-refunded purchases prior to termination will still be paid. Any complimentary Standard or Pro access earned under Section 3 ends when the Partner relationship is terminated.
We don't guarantee any minimum number of referrals, commission amount, or income from participating in this program.
We may update this agreement or the commission structure going forward. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date, and won't retroactively reduce commissions already earned.
