BakerOS is a software subscription that gives home and cottage-food bakers tools to run their business: order management, an online storefront, payment processing (via Stripe or PayPal, connected directly to your own account), calendar sync, pricing and cost tools, inventory, compliance guidance, and related features.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up, including a real email address and business name.
BakerOS is offered on an Annual plan (billed once per year, first year and renewal price may differ, as shown at checkout) and a Monthly plan (billed automatically every month until cancelled). Payments are processed by PayPal.
You can cancel your Monthly subscription at any time through PayPal; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless it falls within the money-back guarantee below.
If you're not satisfied with BakerOS within 30 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund of that payment — no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer and covers your first payment only, not renewal charges.
If you connect Stripe and/or PayPal to accept payments from your customers through your BakerOS storefront, that money goes directly to your own connected account — BakerOS never holds, processes, or has access to your customers' payment information. You are solely responsible for your relationship with your own customers, including order fulfillment, refunds you issue them, and any disputes.
BakerOS provides general information about cottage food laws, including AI-generated summaries and revenue cap tracking, as a convenience. This is not legal advice. Cottage food laws vary by state and change over time. You're responsible for verifying your own compliance directly with your state's Department of Agriculture or a qualified professional. BakerOS is not liable for outcomes related to compliance decisions made using information from this app.
You agree not to use BakerOS to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
You retain ownership of everything you upload or enter — your menu, photos, recipes, customer data, and business information. You grant BakerOS the limited right to store and display that content as needed to operate the service (e.g., showing your menu on your own public storefront).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform. You may stop using BakerOS and cancel your subscription at any time.
BakerOS is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, BakerOS and High Frequency Systems are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms as BakerOS evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
