BakerOS uses recurring 90-day qualification periods. Your qualified sales during each period determine the Partner level, commission rate, and complimentary BakerOS access you maintain. Benefits are performance-based and can move up or down.

Promotions are immediate. The milestone sale earns the higher rate. At the end of the 90-day period, your completed-period results set the level you carry forward. If complimentary software is reduced or lost, you receive a 30-day software grace period; commission reclassification is immediate at period close.

Commissions are tracked automatically in your Partner Portal. Qualifying commissions are validated after the program hold period and paid via PayPal according to the Partner payout schedule.
Once you reach 3 active paying referrals, your own BakerOS subscription can become complimentary while you remain an active Partner in good standing. Current eligibility is shown in your Partner Portal.
Partner levels are performance-based in 90-day qualification periods: 0–2 qualified sales = 20%, 3–9 = 25% + Standard FREE, 10–24 = 30% + Pro FREE, and 25+ = 35% Ambassador + Pro FREE. Promotions happen immediately when you reach a threshold, and the milestone sale earns the new rate. At the end of each 90-day period, completed-period performance determines the level, commission rate, and complimentary software benefit carried forward.
Your 90-day completed-period performance determines the Partner level and commission rate you maintain. If your performance no longer supports complimentary Standard or Pro, BakerOS provides a 30-day software grace period. The higher commission rate does not continue during that software grace period.
